摘要（英）：The invention discloses a double-hopper quantitative powder packaging machine, and belongs to the field of powder packaging machines. The double-hopper quantitative powder packaging machine comprisesa machine body frame, a material supply system, a feeding system, a power system, a weighing system, a material transition system, a bag clamping system, a conveying and package sewing system and a base. The material supply system, the feeding system and the weighing system are arranged in sequence. The feeding system includes a double-auger box internally provided with a thick auger and a thin auger, and the thick auger and the thin auger are both located in corresponding auger pipes. The double-auger box is further internally provided with two material baffles which are located on the outersides of the auger pipes and used for blocking discharging openings of the auger pipes, and the material baffles are driven by a first air cylinder control mechanism. The conveying and package sewingsystem comprises a package sewing mechanism used for sealing packaging bags and a belt conveying mechanism used for conveying packaged materials obtained after sealing. The double-hopper quantitativepowder packaging machine integrates the functions of automatic conveying, automatic quantifying, semi-automatic packaging and the like, is high in quantifying precision and working efficiency, does not make direct contact with personnel, can save time and labor, and can guarantee sanitation of a powder production workshop.
